i'm getting quite frustrated. i talked to the petrohunt landman recently and he says the royalty check will come from hess, that "the lawyers" take care of all paperwork. well, i haven't received any paperwork when there was a spacing hearing, when there was a pooling hearing. "the lawyers" didn't take care of this paperwork. and i am quite interested in this paperwork.
i have sent hess corporation and petrohunt a certified letter when we put the mineral rights in a trust, but i still haven't received a response to that either. i have tried calling hess but i only get referred to someone's voicemail. and no return call. how do i get hess' attention to this? i want to make sure the royalty check goes to the right people. i want to make sure that we receive all paperwork. since the mineral rights for this property is continguous to the rest of our property, i am very interested in the paperwork that we should have been receiving. the well is the mollet well, township 158N, range 93W, section 20. the well came off the confidential list 9/27/2008. should i write to the oil and gas division of the state of north dakota about this? i think there might be two hearings coming up that might involve our property, but since we haven't received paperwork to date, i have no idea whether we are going to receive any information. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Bakken Shale Discussion" group.
