Hi Shamlet Not sure if I am following your question .. - PetroHunt Leased you , then drilled a well, right? - is it off confidential list yet? - If not, and the final spacing hearings have not been held yet, (to the best of my understanding, this is the process -- anybody?) then no checks are being cut for any mineral owners in the spacing unit yet. DIVISION ORDERS do not come out till all is final... -After the spacing unit hearing, I believe that the oil companies do another round of confirming mineral rights ownership befored commencement of checks ... -I think you need to clear this up with PetroHunt, not the NDIC, they would have no knowledge of circumstances surrounding your leasehold or Trust. -If it were me, I would get on the phone to PetroHunt, get the switchboard, tell the switchboard your problem and see who, in the company, they hook you up to .. it should at least get a you a name and a direct dial # for an exec's admin/exec. Have your well identifier ready when you call, Well name/#'s that the company uses to identify the well , and the exact names written on the lease... -Tell the switchboard you also need to confirm receipt of new Trust papers on their part for your leasehold - Just an FYI, (board:: input on this : ) In case you are thinking of protesting at the hearing, you might want legal council before considering such action... Hope this helps, would someone confirm (or other) on what I have here for Shamlet, pls. Rufus
