A singlw well per spacing unit, but here is the tricky part. there is nothing to stop the driller from creating one or more new spacing units on top of the old spacing unit,or even combine parts of two old slacing units into one new spacing unit, and drill a new well for each.
Whiting, for example, does this on their 1280 acre spacing units to accomiodate two wells, and mineral owners in all of the 1280 acres will get royalties from both wells.
