Hey rufus Here is what i found about township 138-95. 1/7th = 14.3% so I am guessing that your friend could ask for at least 15% but at least try for the 17%..right?? keep us posted on how your friend does. did they have any property in section 5,6,7,or 8?? If it was something else, post it (or email it to me) and i can look back further in time. this is just info from the past 12 months.
