Some close friends just got an offer of $75/acre, 1/7, 5 years and a
second offer for $35, 1/8, 5 years on same sections... not too hard
to see which one is better, but, are these good offers for the
area.... old wells done in the mid 80's were dry - nothing showing
anywhere near them on the map server or even close...
any input is appreciated, thanks,
