I see this as a simple asset sale. We are in a different enviroment
money wise from even 60 days ago.
I also see MORE consolidation in the Bakken, as some of the publicly
traded and some private companie re assess there positions.. Some of
the public companies have way more land leases then they can drill,
either in time or in Money. The fact willl show in the future as to
how some of these well pay back the driller.. JMHO.. don
