On October 22nd, SemCrude http://crudeoilpostings.semgrouplp.com/ was paying $46.56 a barrel for North Dakota sweet while Tesoro http://www.tsocorp.com/TSOCORP/ProductsandServices/SupplyandOptimization/CrudeBulletins/TesoroCrudeBulletins was paying $54.70 at the refinery.
