Welcome to the group. T151 R92 No activity in section 9 or 10. Windsor Energy Group, LLC applied for a permit in section 4 at the southeast corner for a well called Wolf 1-4H. The permit in section 4 is the only activity in T151.
T152 R92 Windsor Energy Group, LLC started drilling a well (Holst 1-33H) on 09/18/08 in section 33 at the northwest corner. There are no established oil fields in either township. You are probably going to need to make a trip to your county seat and do some research to see who holds the leases to the mineral rights.
