2 hari yang lalu sudah solved. mas eko japri ke saya , dan memberikan beberapa printscreen serta error log .
hasilnya masalahnya sebenarnya di WAMP yang memang memproteksi via httpd.conf. jadi bukan masalah di firewall di PC. mungkin mas eko bisa membeberkan masalahnya+solusinya ,biar yang lain juga bisa ambil kesimpulan+solusi, so someday if the same problem occured, they will know what they should to do.
