sayang banget ya, udh ngeluarin biaya sekian besar untuk beli licensi exchange, tapi gak didukung SDM yg memadai, bahkan mereka sendiri tidak tahu klo semestinya mereka punya email, email resminya kan bisa diakses dari sini https://mail.dpr.go.id/ yg punya badan usaha dan kemampuan, mungkin bisa mengajukan proposal training penggunaan email, kali aja di approve
