Sangat penting untuk mengurangi dehidrasi selama kehamilan, juga mendukung
suply darah. Dengan minum secara teratur, membantu mengurangi
konstipasi/sembelit.

11.iron
Iron is important for the mental and physical development of both the foetus
and infant. usually if people have very low iron will have premature
delivery and low birth weight.

Sangat penting untuk pengembangan ental dan fisikal baik pada janin atau
bayi. Biasanya, oarang yg kurang mengonsumsi zat besi akan melahirkan
