Moms,
saya mau ikutan sharing,
saya habis melahirkan hanya pijat kaki saja, karena kakinya bengkak,
sembuhnya saat kaki saya diangkat lebih tinggi dari kepala, baru bengkaknya
hilang. Saya tidak pijat perut, hanya senam nifas yang diajarkan di rumkit,
punggung dan pinggang saya tidak sakit, Waktu itu saya cuti 3 bulan, jadi
saya lakukan senam selama 3 bulan, udah kerja kagak senam lagi. Sekarang
saya kagak pernah sakit pinggang or punggung. Cuma yang saya rasakan tuh,
kaki saya suka pegal, mungkin karena suka dipijat, jadi ketagihan pingin
dipijat. Sebenarnya pijat itu bagus nggak sih? Ada yang bilang bagus, biar
ototnya tidak tegang, tapi jadi ketagihan terus.    Eh, koq jadi nyimpang
ya, sorry ya...
