Iya mbak,
Urus bayi tanpa dibantu babysitter ato sejenis + trus kasi ASI + byk makan
sayur 'n buah2an + olahraga teratur (terutama stl lewat masa ASI eksklusif
boleh deh mulai olahraga yg agak2 berat-an). Tapi yg paling penting 3 bln
pertama itu yah emang ngurusin bayinya tanpa dibantu org laen deh.. asli
dijamin cepet deh timbangan turun hehehehe
It works for me loh.. pengalaman anak ke 1 dan ke 2 , dulu masing pas hamil
itu anak 2 naek sampe 21 kg 'n Alhamdulillah berat badan saya bisa balik ke
berat badan semula (eit gak balik bgt seh.. misalnya sbl hamil 55 trus skrg
jadi 56 msh wajar tho??? hehehehe:P)
