intinya ortu hrs pandai2 ngakalinnya ..
u makan ayam, daging, ikan or yg lainnya klo mmg anak ga mau  .. ya kita
akalin bentuknya .. diolah menjadi bentuk makanan lain .. misal otak2,
nugget ayam, perkedel, siomay, filet ayam, rolade ... pokoknya samarkan spy
bentuk aslinya hilang .. u makan daging jg ga mudah loh ..  kan agak
berserat .. klo aku biasanya aku giling/cacah trus aku olah daging+telur
tim dikasih bawang putih, minyak wijen, garem dikit ... kan lembut tuh ..
atao klo tetep ga mau ya daging ditim aja trus ambil sarinya ...
u sayur bisa diakalin di potong kecil2 trus dimasukin di nugget, rollade,
siomay .. brokoli/brongkol goreng tepung  pokoknya pinter2nya kita aja, ...

ya, variasi mesti banyak, rajin yobain,. kalo gak mau tunda dulu.yoba lain
kali lagi.
vic jg coba in pake kwetiaw instan, noodles, spagheti.sayur, soto,
opor,dll.
indomie goreng doyan juga, tapi skrg uda bosen..dulu gak mau makan daging,
dilepeh.sekarang mau tapi ayam goreng kfc.kalo dia makan daging aku yg deg
deg an, dilepeh gak gitu. biasanya sih gagal. uda 3th dia. cm sayur hijau,
gak sama sekali.gimana caranya ya.. kentang , wortel masih bisa diakalin.
dulu diganti apel, sekarang mogok.kepikir mau pake vitamin aja, tapi gimana
dong. saran dong.
