Seberapa sering .. ?? klo tiap hari 3-4 hari berturut2 ya bisa bahaya ..
yg aku share itu kan u pilihan jenis bahan karbohidrat saja .. kan bisa di
variasi dg bahan yg lain .. trus diseling2 .. dan u mie biasanya aku pakai
misoa ..
Klo aku biasanya susun menu dulu n tentuin u 1 minggu, dlm penyusunan menu
itu biasanya aku arrange, misal

senin :  pagi : havermut+susu, siang +sore : kentang kukus+daging cincang+
wortel
selasa      :  pagi : sup jagung manis+kaldu ayam, siang+sore : sup
misoa+brokoli cacah+kaldu ayam
rabu  :  pagi : roti siram susu, siang+sore : makaroni+daging
cincang+buncis manis
kamis :  pagi : puree buah, siang+sore : kentang mentega+nugget ayam
jumat :  pagi : telur tim+daging cincang, siang+sore :  labu kuning
kukus+daging cincang+bayam
sabtu       :  pagi : minuman energi, siang+sore : sup tahu sutra+daging
cacah, bisa jg di buat orak2
minggu      :  pagi : orak2 telur+wortel/omelet, siang+sore : rolade/stik
ayam+kentang+wortel

nahh kan ga sering kan .. palingan jg seminggu sekali ... masih aman kok ..
intinya adalah kesabaran ..
