klo SDOG ku dulu bilang, ibu hamil bisa minum susu apa aja (UHT atau Bubuk)
asal janga susu kental manis ( gulanya tinggi + kandungan gizinya gak ada
(ada kali tapi dikit banget))
Saya sepanjang hamil hanya berapa kotak minum susu ibu hamil (hanya cocok
sama anmum, klo yang lain serasa mau muntah krn rasanya yang ajaib) sisanya
minum UHT ( Ultra plan).
Klo kandungan fitamin dan mineral yang terdapat di susu ibu hamil bisa
dipenuhi dari vitamin yang rutin diberikan DSOG setiap konsul.

Mau nanya neh...selain titipan temen2ku aku juga penasaran.....
rata-rata temen2ku yang hamil males banget tuh yg namanya minum susu ibu
hamil karena rasanya yg 'agak lain' dibanding susu biasa.....
waktu hamil anak pertamaku....aku sering selang-seling minum susu
_prenagen_ dengan UHT _ultramilk_ yang plain....
nah menurut all SP....untuk dikonsumsi ibu hamil lebih cocok mana
?....UHT low fat high calcium (_Ultramilk_ yg kemasannya warna putih or
yg plain kemasan warna biru) atau susu ibu hamil ?
soalnya aku pernah denger dokter kandungan bilang susu UHT itu kurang
berguna untuk bayinya. jadi bingung.
gimana menurut ALL SP ?
