Perempuan kan dapet hak cuti menstruasi 2 hari sebulan
jadi kalau tiap tahun dapet cuti 12 hari --> 1 bulan 1 hari + cuti mens 2
hari/bln setara dgn 3 hari cuti tiap bulan dong..
