di tempat saya juga sekarang gitu mba harus udah cuti 1,5 bulan sebelum due date lahirannya........pengalaman temen waktu hamil dari HRD ngingetin mulu

tapi jaman aku seh blm kena peraturan ini, jadi masih full 3 bulan bisa ngurus bayi...

kalau di bank mandiri ada temen malah musti 1,5 bulan sebelum tgl lahir udah
