betul sekali di ACE ada kipas yang mirip AC portable hanya saja pendinginnya pake air, tapi menurut saya jenis begini kurang bagus bagi kesehatan karena tingkat kelembaban udara menjadi tinggi yang bisa menyebabkan paru2 basah jika digunakan dalam jangka waktu lama. berbeda dengan AC dimana temperature dan kelembaban udara bisa terkontrol. Harga AC portable yang saya tahu beda tipis lah dengan AC split (yang kecil 1/2PK biasanya sekitar 2.3jt) kalo kemaren saya beli second di Batam dapat 500rb aja.
