Mau share aja, anak saya ada 2 orang.SI ganteng umur 4,8 thn si cantik 1,5
thn.
Sewaktu anak saya masih 1 ya pembantu cuma 1, masak, jaga anak ( sewaktu sy
bekerja ),beresin rumah,dsb tahun 2004 gajinya Rp 300 ribu, Alhamdulillah
setiap tahun kembali paling sy naiki gajinya Rp 25-Rp 50 ribu.
Setelah anak ke 2 lahir baru saya nambah pembantu, dengan gaji perdana Rp
400 ribu.
Saat ini , pembantu I yang telah ikut sy 5 thn akhirnya PENSIUN
DINI,pembantu ke II ( umur 17 thn )yang udah ikut sy 1 tahun mau kembali dan
bawa ponakannya ( 16 thn ).
Setahu saya gaji pembantu itu ngikuti harga pasar dimana kita bermukim, yah
kalau moms tinggal didaerah elit biasanya gaji pembantunya pasti tinggi....
