Asal jangan keliru mendefinisikan ciri2 penyakit, karena kadang mirip2. Cth : Demam, bintik2 di telapak tangan, telapak kaki, sariawan di mulut (lidah, dinding dalam mulut, langit2 mulut) -> suspect HFMD Demam, ruam (bintik2) di punggung, dada, wajah, muncul ruam setelah demam reda -> suspect rosoela Demam, ruam muncul saat demam tinggi, kadang batuk (krn demam tinggi) -> suspect Campak.. Demam, lidah seperti berjamur (putih), anak lemas -> suspect typhus
