He..he... Femmy suka gitu ah, khan masih jagoan Femmy masaknya daripada
aku.
Gak papa deh, emang light cream itu keluarganya double cream, whipping
cream atau sour cream.
Tapi kalo susah carinya n takut salah, menurut bunda-bunda di milist
sebelah, bisa ajah diganti ama susu evaporasi (bukan susu kental manis
lho ya) ada tuh yang mereknya carnation. Katanya rasanya sama ajah kalo
buat sup n harganya juga lebih murah n lebih gampang didapet. Pake
takerannya sama ajah sama light cream yang diminta dalam resep.
Begicu bu.... moga-moga helpful ya.

dill weed itu sejenis daun dlm bentuk kering, spt basil, dll di hero or
care4 juga ada kok... itu optional, artinya gak keharusan, gak dipake
juga

light cream, ada juga sour cream, double cream dll, bisa ditemukan juga
di
carefour di bagian produk2 dairy/milk, ada yang mereknya Elle apa gitu,
sorry lupa...

Cream of Asparagus Soup (blender recipe)

3/4 cup water   180 ml
3/4 tsp salt    3 ml
1 lb asparagus, cut in 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) pieces in 
diagonal                450
g
1 cup light cream               250 ml
1/8 tsp pepper  0.5 ml
1/4 tsp dill weed (optional)    1 ml
2 tbsp  butter          30 ml

Heat water and salt to boiling. Add asparagus pieces, 
cover and cook about 5 minutes or until asparagus is 
tender. Put asparagus and cooking water in blender, cover 
and blend until smooth. Blend in cream, pepper and dill 
weed. Return to saucepan and heat just to boiling point 
(do not boil). Stir in butter.
