Sebenernya kalo makannya udah bergizi dan bagus, vitamin gak begitu perlu.
Buah2an aja udah cukup kok.
Aku sebenernya juga gak begitu sreg kasih vitamin2, tapi ini sih yg setahu
aku aja yah... Jenis2 vit buat anak seumur gituan biasanya :
1. Becombion (menambah daya tahan tubuh) ada 2 macem, yg satu pake embel2
plus
2. ABCDE (ato ABDEC yah?? Lupa aku!)
Banyak macem sih, dulu udah pernah aku cobain juga, tapi kayaknya gak
begitu pengaruh ama nafsu makan Jevon juga, so aku stop aja, yah buahnya
aku banyakin macemnya.

Aku sih inginnya mau vitamin yg bisa meningkatkan daya
