Bener tuh, Lita, Paling nggak dengan ikut senam hamil, kita tahu gimana ngurangin rasa sakit dengan latihan pernapasan (sakit waktu kontraksi) Tapi bukan berarti mengurangi rasa sakit persalinan sih, kata pelatih senamku dulu gitu yah.. Cuman nih... yah nggak minta juga sih, pas persalinan normal anak pertama dulu, aku nggak berasa sakit sama sekali, cuman mules2 kayak orang pengen pub (ups, sorry). Teknik mengejan pun juga paling nggak, bikin kita gak sampe kehabisan nafas atau panik kudu gimana. Berhubung dulu masih pertama kali, aku ikutnya di RS terdekat. Ternyata gerakan2 nya (ada 9 gerakan kalo gak salah, hehehehe) ada kok di buku keluaran Nakita, lupa judulnya sih.. coba liat aja di Gramedia deh...
