Hi!

I extensively use balsa built with gmime-2.4 . Unfortunately this is not official yet. Found another regression. When I attach a file with non-ascii filename, then balsa makes something strange, resulting e.g:

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii; name*=koi8-r''%C6%C6%C6.txt
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename*=koi8-r''%C6%C6%C6.txt

That was the file /tmp/ффф.txt

Normally it should be different, like this:

Content-Type: application/vnd.ms-excel;
name="=?windows-1251?B?5+Dv8O7xIO7yIDAyLjAzLjIwMDko8err4OQpLnhscw==?="
Content-Disposition: attachment;
filename="=?windows-1251?B?5+Dv8O7xIO7yIDAyLjAzLjIwMDko8err4OQpLnhscw==?="

As the result my recipients see a file like ATT01.dat

For the reference my building tree is:
http://git.altlinux.org/people/ildar/packages/?p=balsa.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/patches/gmime-2.4

(If you have difficulties getting the patch, I can send it)

Just for convenience I attach a reference file.

Best regards, Ildar.
