Hi all again Well I am searching for things that may be useful for our distribution. I found a configuration library. Magic Conf. I think this could be useful in our final project. We could make something like a contol panel. to configure all the important devices. I think our webpage needs a project section where we could try out new cool things.
Does anyone know how to get scroll lock to work. I have this plan of making a gnome applet that would switch keyboard layouts. by pressing scroll lock. somehow it does not work on my linux box. so if a user wished to switch from bangla layout to an english layout all he/she must do is press scroll lock and walla we would have a english layout These are just ideas which i think would be useful. what do you say. meanwhile let the basic experimental translations go on. we could make a beta version of bangla linux. Would be fun. moreover it would be a moral boost. Once we have done it let's trash bugs out of bangla module in pango. and decide on certain things. I went to calcutta few months back. and in a cyber caffee I saw people writing documents in word in bangla. That keyboard layout. is it the same as 'ben'. Check out http://magiconf.sheflug.co.uk/ wa la where is everybody me gollum bored of eating raw fish. me need freash meat. gollum -- n = ((n >> 1) & 0x55555555) | ((n << 1) & 0xaaaaaaaa); n = ((n >> 2) & 0x33333333) | ((n << 2) & 0xcccccccc); n = ((n >> 4) & 0x0f0f0f0f) | ((n << 4) & 0xf0f0f0f0); n = ((n >> 8) & 0x00ff00ff) | ((n << 8) & 0xff00ff00); n = ((n >> 16) & 0x0000ffff) | ((n << 16) & 0xffff0000); -- C code which reverses the bits in a word. ____________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe from this list [Bangla Penguin] send a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with 'unsubscribe banglapenguin' in the subjectline and body.
