Thanks everybody for getting this up. I have been so swamped with things that posting the organizer's meeting synopsis just kind of slipped through the cracks.
Well, we kind of decided that Barcamp 3.5 sounded good. I am OK with anything, but that's what the people that were at the organizer's meeting came up with... and participation is what gets a vote. Barcamp is a do-ocracy, not a democracy. ;-) Let's not get hung up on the trivial matters like names and such, let's work on what needs to be done to make it happen. I talked to Yahoo and they are cool about sponsoring a party this time and making a big sponsorship next time--so that's handled. Tarad.com will sponsor as well. Sanook has not replied. I will post something to facebook and twitter that we want small, local sponsors today. We need to make a few changes to the website then we will open registration. Do we need another organizer's meeting this week? I think it would be good to get momentum going. We have enough time, we just need to stay focused and moving forward. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Barcamp Thailand" group.
