I have the udev rules installed (via the Fedora 7 RPM), but I still
have to manually run bcharge -o to get sensible results from btool -l
... without doing that first I get a timeout with the following
message,

  [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ btool -l
  Usb::Error caught: (-110, No error): Timeout in usb_bulk_read
