If you get the pass wrong 10 times, it will wipe itself (I think just personal data), but I could try 9 times, then yank the battery and try 9 again, etc ;) Support said that I could try to go to a dealer that has some better software for copying data over, but luckily did not have to do that as I was able to get the keyboard (well at least the keys I needed) working after retrying about 20 times or so. I think that ran my luck out, though, as my car died on the way into work this morning, heh. Call me superstitious, but I am going to hold off on those skydiving plans ;) Once I unlocked the device with the keypad, then barry worked like a champ.
