Thanks Niels!  That was very helpful.  It shows it is charging with a MaxPower 
of 500mA like it should be.  I also rebooted since I installed the RPMs (I 
think I forgot to before) and I'm not longer getting the message about 
insufficient power to charge from the USB port.  This just leaves me with my 
question about submitted the fc10 RPMs to SourceForge/RPM Fusion.
