Hi Paul, I believe this may be due to the attempt to set Dual mode, when not required. I've changed bcharge to have no default mode setting behaviour now, and added a new option that will only set Dual mode if there is no USB interface class 255. -o Sets Classic mode -d Sets Dual mode (used to be default, now you need to specify) -g Guess whether Dual mode is needed, depending on whether Interface Class 255 is found In the case of newer devices, they already use 500mA for charging, and their mode is similar enough to Dual that setting it explicitly is not needed.
