Hi Chris,

I haven't seen this error myself, but the instructions on the website
you listed seem to indicate that an OS reload is required. Keep in mind
this is a weak spot in Barry... you can do a lot with the COD load and
save routines, but there are some niggling details with regard to
upgrading the OS and Java that aren't solved to everyone's satisfaction
yet.

That only resets the device on the USB level. Similar to replugging your
device.

Not all Blackberries support resettofactory. You may need to start with
the wipe command.

This is even more fundamental. You'll need to try bjavaloader wipe
immediately after you've plugged in your device.

This is ultimately the most reliable solution, but may involve pulling
hair out, to find a Windows box, and then to have to use it. :-)

Sorry I don't have better news for you yet.

Good luck,
- Chris
