No problem, thanks for the reply.

I ended up wiping the device using BBSAK in Windows in VMWare but then
found that I couldn't do a reinstall using VMWare so had to find a
actual Windows machine to reinstall the OS.

It's all working now and I have backed it up using Barry :-)
