I had previously gotten help from Nicolas, but since my BB Storm 2 was replaced I have lost his BB contact info so I am appealing for help.
I am using barrybackup 0.15 on Ubuntu 10.04.2, 64 bit. The battery-charging bug was fixed some time ago on my install. Barrybackup was working fine until my Storm 2 had to be replaced about a month ago, apparently due to an RIM defect. Since then barrybackup will recognize my device, /but/ will not complete a backup, halting with the error message "Backup error: Desktop: database name not found: Profiles". I suspect that if I just opened the backup data directory and created a folder labeled "Profiles", that the backup would complete, but I don't know where such a folder belongs in the normal directory structure. OTOH, if this is a naive approach, then I need more detailed help. Please help?
