I've thought about the same thing for years, since it would be the ideal way to 
have you outlook/exchange users help improve the spam detection.

However I've never felt the time required to implement it would be worth it all 
things considering.

But I would definitely help beta test a solution like it, or help out however 
else I can as long as it doesn't require a huge amount of time.
