that makes a lot of sense.

the SpamSnake setup is GREAT but a bit dated.
I have been in contact w/ the author -and he is working to update the 
directions.

I have found some issues w/ that myself.   
Might try to setup from scratch using the puppet install. 

1&1 might be able to push that for you themselves - might be worth asking
