Whats your average daily messages?  - You can average it by looking at the
baruwa interface, set your date range for a 24 hour period

Are you running the baruwa cron job to clean messages?

1 and 1's dynamic servers means your shared pool. If your load is heavy, you
may want to look to upping the amount of ram on the vm. 

Not sure its ram, navigating the baruwa interface can take 4-5 Mins to load
teh first page after login, then navigating user accounts etc, tend to take
maybe 2 min per page to load. to click the reports page maybe another 3 mins
to load.....etc etc etc
RAM might slow things down but i'm not sure i would see this much.
