No I read all the information and even when I don have this problems try the option, but it is not working, I can not download big attachments ( > 5MB)
Can someone give some idea of the logic behind the download of an attachment directly in the web interface? Is mysql really included in this? Because my understand is, mailscanner store 2 directories every day... spam and nospam ...and all mail are stored in this directories so, to download an attachment I suppose check the mysql to find the correct name of the files , present this in the web interface and when I hit download, simply get the file from the quarantine directory or I am wrong? What else could I check to verify why some files are not downloaded I said some files because small pdf do not have problems but right now I need to download a MOV file and I cannot do it There is some relation in the fact that, this type of file is blocked in mailscanner? The reason behind my need to download it in the web interface is because, this file was blocked by mailscanner filename type filter Jorge A.
