Check your MailScanner.conf for the problem

Although I can understand point (2) that is all read from the DB,
and that make a big sense, just wanted a small confirmation here.
However my question (3) seems to be a bug, if it read it from the
DB then it's presented to MailScanner in the wrong format!

I think it has its own which overrides the default settings
which is
what you are looking at in the MailScanner.conf ... not sure
what the
name is, but it should read the settings from the database.
