Raymond - thank you for the reply.

So I added the line to my exim.conf.  I created the file and populated it
with the ip address that's the mx for the domain (which is the same as the
ip address in the reject.log).  I restarted exim and mailscanner just to be
safe.  I'm still getting the minute by minute rejects.  I'm going to contact
the person to try resending their email to see if it passes through.  I'll
report back my findings.
