It's fine that you don't see this as a hack. But since we are changing what
I would call native Baruwa settings for all domains I don't see this as an
option to my problem, unless I'm creating a rules files ... but how would
that help the baruwa interface users.

Then I need to create a service that updates the rules files from some
custom UI that I need to add to Baruwa to support this.

Think I need to create a "feature request" on GitHub.
