Hi Jeremy,

Yes,

we need to know how to tweak the outbound spam score for users and for a particular domain.

Thank you,

Outgoing spam score ? If your users are spamming through your

I am not sure what your asking here. Do you want to lower the outbound
spam score for a user ?

Hi Jeremy,

Sorry for the inconvenience. I've read manual and created
organization, domain and mail accounts and i'm getting notification
about the quarantine messages. Thanks for your support.

I need one more clarification, i noticed that the spam score set in
the domain and user account are works fine with incoming mails to
the account. But i need to filter the outgoing mails from the
account also, but it takes default spam scores.

I checked with the pgsql, and noticed the default spamscore
mentioned as FromOrTo: but the account created in Baruwa mentioned
as To:

baruwa=# select * from spamscore;

row_number | ruleset | name
------------+-----------------------------------------------------
1 | To: [email protected] 4 | spamscore
2 | To: [email protected] 4 | spamscore
3 | To: [email protected] 7 | spamscore
4 | To: [email protected] 3 | spamscore
5 | To: *@abc.com [1] 4 | spamscore
6 | FromOrTo: default 5 | spamscore
(6 rows)

Hope this might be the issue with outgoing filter. How can i change
outgoing spam score?

Thanks
