I've added a domain and also added account in that domain for the same
organization, then i've set the low spam score as 4.0 in both domain and
account details.
I've sent a mail which has spam score 4.14, but its not listed as spam.
Please advise me.

Baruwa works with Organization then Domains. It sounds like you want 1
user to get notified of all quarantined messages for all domains?
