Thanks for the extra info. Unfortunately I am not able to give much help
you with this since the plug-in is an external contribution. Have you checked
the readme?

It says something about "cdf file which needs to be included in the zip file" 
but it seems
like you zip file only includes cel files. Can this be the problem?
