I just want to say, having seen a number of consensus organizations focused on 
arts and culture go seriously off the rails when trying to deal with internal 
struggles of this sort, that BASFA has demonstrated quite a stellar commitment 
to good process and civil discourse. You’ve produced a great document and the 
process seems really positive and level-headed. Congratulations.
