Hi Thomas and Dieter. I think Batik has been sitting at a stage where it’s nearly ready for another release for a couple of months now. Though I have little free time at the moment, I’d like to at least start building a list of the things that we agree should be done before the release.

BTW, the regression I mention on that page in the solitaire example I’m pretty sure was introduced from the animation support. If you run it and drag a card, the rendering isn’t updated until the mouse is released. It’s either a problem with the RunnableQueue (from when I poked about in there) or the SVGAnimatedTransformList implementation. Thomas, did you get to finishing the work on dependency updating (e.g. referenced paint servers)? And do you think your SVG 1.2 static patch in Bugzilla could be included for the release?
