Oops, you're right. I looked in the wrong FOP 1.0 extract. So, yes, you'll have to build [1] it from the FOP 1.0 source distribution. Just run "ant package". If you're calling batik-rasterizer.jar (using java -jar...), then it might be necessary to rename fop-transcoder-allinone.jar to pdf-transcoder.jar so it'll be picked up. The filenames are hard-coded in the manifest.
