WHen I want to send mail to a lot of people, I would like to use BBDB
to get them all into the *BBDB* buffer, then say "*m" to mail to all.
But if I search for a new name, the one already there goes away.

How do I "build up a list" of people in bbdb?

I don't have an especially good answer, however I've noticed that
bbdb-complete-name has this affect. It looks like it's using
bbdb-display-records-1 to do this, but it wasn't especially obvious to
me either (a) that I was correctly inferring what was going on or (b)
how to go about arranging for that function to get the kind of
argument that it wanted.

If you persue this further and come up with an answer, please share
it.
