Imagine for a moment that you scan in business cards and place the resulting .gif/.jpg/.png files in a directory.
Imagine you could then add and populate a "business-card-image-file" field to associate scanned images with their respective BBDB entries. Has anyone written functions that could display these images in the *BBDB* buffer when an entry with an image-file field comes up? (This feels like something along the same lines as automatically showing X-Faces for those records with an X-Face) I think this would be super useful to have multimedia linking/embedding in BBDB.
