User-visible changes since bbdb-expire-1.8:

- A fix to a serious design error (reported by Michael Norrish) causing
all but the first and second bbdb-expire-added functions on the
bbdb-notice-hook to be ignored. This could have broken virtually
any part of bbdb-expire's functionality; the symptoms would have
been that something that should auto-update (last-accessed times,
add-only-once trackers, and so on) simply did nothing.

It should shortly appear in the usual place,

> ...Hires Root Beer...
What we need these days is a stable, fast, anti-aliased root beer
with dynamic shading. Not that you can let just anybody have root.
